Three new California Proposition 65 notices issued

California Proposition 65 litigants have issued 3 new "60-day" notices stating that brands and retailers sold luggage tags (Notice 1), jewelry (Notice 2), and gift bags (Notice 3) that contained phthalates in violation of California Proposition 65 (Prop 65). TGA has included these notices in the TGA Prop 65 "60 Day Notice" running list. TGA will continue to update this list on a regular basis to help catalog the effects of this law on the travel goods industry.
