Pacific Coast Luggage manufactures a full line of travel products, including backpacks, rolling backpacks, sport duffels, business cases, casual bags and luggage. Founded in 2004, the company derived its name from Southern California’s spectacular Pacific Coast Highway.

The company, which serves department stores nationwide, offers a broad selection of “innovative, durable, lightweight, affordable and fun-to-carry travel products” that reflect the great highway’s active lifestyles. “We believe the quality of our products and the services we provide reflect our corporate identity and this is how our customers will judge us,” says Jun Yi, vice president of sales. “Therefore, all of our efforts are put into making products that always meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.”

Pacific Coast Luggage recently expanded its warehouse/distribution facility for the third time in the last 18 months, and plans are underway to set up an East Coast Distribution Center by the end of the year. “On-time delivery is one of our top priorities,” says Yi. “When we receive replenishment orders from our retail partners, they are usually shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. It’s not enough to have a quality product; a company must always react in a timely manner.”
