Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Ten or more years experience in middle-to-upper management in specified category
- Experience with leading retailers (mass market, mid-level and department stores)
- Keen sense of style, merchandising and attention to detail, and have the capacity to work with a product development team to take advantage of marketing opportunities
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships in the retail arena
- Ability to hire and manage sales representatives for key accounts, with great follow-up
- Detail-oriented and possess a strong desire to succeed
- Relocation is not mandatory
